2. What data we collect
- Purchase data: name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone.
- Payment data: handled directly by our providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card details.
- Navigation data: IP address, browser, pages visited, via technical and analytics cookies.
- Marketing data: only if you subscribe to the newsletter or give explicit consent.
3. Why we use it
- To fulfil your order and ship the product.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve the site and shopping experience.
- To send offers and news (only with your consent).
- To comply with tax and legal obligations.
4. How long we keep data
Order data is kept for 10 years as required by tax law. Marketing data is deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent.
5. Who we share it with
Only with providers essential to the service: couriers (BRT, GLS, Poste Italiane), payment processors, e-commerce platform (Shopify), email marketing. No data is ever sold to third parties.
6. Your rights
You can always request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to processing. Write to Info@Yellow3D.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), PCI-DSS certified payment partners and regular backups. Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% invulnerable.
