How returns work
- 1. Email Info@Yellow3D.it with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- 2. Receive instructions and the return shipping address.
- 3. Ship the product intact, in the original packaging.
- 4. As soon as we receive it (within 3 business days) we refund you 100%.
Return costs
- Defective or wrong product: return completely FREE.
- Change of mind: return shipping at your expense (around €6–8).
Refund timing
The refund is processed within 3 business days of receiving the return and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
Non-refundable products
- Custom-made products.
- Products damaged by misuse after delivery.
Legal warranty
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have 24 months of legal conformity warranty on every purchase. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we replace or refund free of charge.

How many days do I have to return a Yellow 3D order?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, per the Italian Consumer Code right of withdrawal. Email Info@Yellow3D.it with your order number to get instructions.
Is the return free?
If the product is defective or wrong, the return is completely FREE — we pay for shipping. If you change your mind, return shipping (around €6–8) is at your expense.
How long does the refund take?

Which products can't I return?
Custom-made products (custom Fusionball, engraved dedications) and products damaged by misuse after delivery are not refundable.
