By shopping on yellow3d.it you accept these terms. They are written in plain language to be clear and direct, because we believe in total transparency.

1. Who we are

Yellow 3D is an Italian premium 3D printing and amigurumi workshop. We sell original products, handmade in Italy with quality materials.

2. Orders and prices

• Prices are in Euro, VAT included.
• The order is finalised upon email confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders.
• Time-limited offers (countdown) are real and end when the timer expires.

3. Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and bank transfer. All transactions are encrypted and handled by PCI-DSS certified providers.

4. Shipping

We ship within 24/48 working hours. Details on times and costs on the Shipping page.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Details on the Returns & Refunds page.

6. Warranty

All our products carry a 24-month legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a defective item, we replace or refund within 7 working days.

7. Intellectual property

Photos, texts, logo and design of the site are property of Yellow 3D. Reproduction prohibited without authorisation.

8. Jurisdiction

For any dispute, the Court of Pisa has jurisdiction, according to applicable Italian and European law.
